抄録: The aim of this study was to clarify the relationship between at athlete’s level and the different eating habits, subjective symptom. The subjects were high school boys athletes (the free meal intake group=95, FMI group, and the meal management intake group=75, MMI group), and divided into 4 groups on athletes level: The regulars=Group A, the semi regulars=group B, the others=Group C, and the injured=Group D. The investigation explained differences between the free meal intake group and the meal management intake group. The questionnaire survey was eating habits, POMS tests, subjective symptoms and meal investigation. The statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS computer program. The results were on follows. 1) In FMI group and MMI group, the difference was not examined to energy, a protein intake. However, MMI group took in vitamins mineral significantly. In addition, FMI group had high value of the fatigue, and it was thought that it was affected by the lack of vitamins, mineral. 2) About an athlete’s level in FMI group and MMI group and the condition, it was thought that the intake of carbohydrates influenced a competition level in FMI group. In addition, in B group, it developed that pantothenic acid and vitamin B2 were connected with competition. 3) Our study is aiming for the making of the simple and easy check sheet that it can grasp nourishment and condition states on the sports field. In this study, with the same investigation as FMI group and MMI group, it examined a difference. As a result, MMI group had low value of the fatigue, and it developed that MMI group was in a good state.
